Merry Maids - Poor Customer Service
I have been calling Merry Maids for about 2 weeks trying to schedule someone to clean my home. I left 2 messages and when someone finally called me back that scheduled an appointment for my estimate on 3/4/16 at 8:30 a.m.
and my actual cleaning date of 3/5 at 8:30 a.m. I was told two ladies would be cleaning. On the morning of the 3/4, I received a message at 8:27 a.m.stating that the estimator had car trouble and would not be able to make it. Upon returning the call, I was told that I was never scheduled for 3/5/16 and they had no one available.
The company representative insisted that I was mistaken about the appointment until I told her that (Brenda) confirmed it with me. The rep (Leann) verbally apologized but did not give me any impression that she cared about my situation. She simply sounded like this was my problem and not hers and did not offer any alternatives whatsoever.
she was very insensitive. Needless to say, I will not contact Merry Maids ever again, due to their lack of professionalism alone.
